Template Center not working? Here's how to fix it
Work through these in order.
1. The tool won't load
Reload the page, or open it in a fresh tab. If an extension blocks scripts, use private (incognito) mode.
2. My edits aren't sticking
Make sure you're not on an old tab or cached page. Refresh and redo your changes.
3. The layout looks wrong
Check that all sections are filled and not overcrowded. Reorder or trim content, and review the live preview.
4. Undo / redo isn't working
Confirm you've made a change first. If commands feel stuck, refresh the page.
5. Nothing downloads or prints
Check your browser's download and pop-up settings. Many browsers block automatic downloads from new sites.
